Direct Support Professional I (ADC – Day Program)

Position Summary

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direct care and active treatment to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our day program. This role focuses on implementing individualized programs, supporting daily living and social skills, and ensuring meaningful engagement throughout the day. Direct Support Professional II (BMP – Day Program)

Position Summary

The Direct Support Professional II (DSP II) provides direct care and active treatment to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Behavior Management Program (BMP). This role focuses on implementing individualized programs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), supporting individuals with higher behavioral needs, and ensuring safety, structure, and engagement throughout the day. DSP II staff promote independence, utilize proactive behavior strategies, and maintain accurate documentation while working collaboratively with clinical and program leadership.

Residential House Manager

Position Summary

Provide leadership and oversight within our ICF-DD/H residential homes, ensuring high-quality staff performance, consistent client care, and smooth daily operations. This role is responsible for staffing coordination and overall home operations, while supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by promoting independence, implementing individualized programs, and maintaining a safe, structured, and compliant environment.

Residential Lead

Position Summary

Supports the House Manager in the daily operations of the home while also providing direct care to individuals. This role ensures staff are following expectations, client care is consistent and of high quality, and the home operates smoothly. The Residential Lead is responsible for maintaining emergency preparedness, safety procedures, and overall organization and compliance within the home.

Residential Specialist

Position Summary

Provides direct care and support to individuals within our residential homes, assisting with daily living skills, routines, and community engagement. This role supports the House Manager in maintaining a safe, structured, and high-quality home environment while ensuring consistent care and supervision.

Schedule Options

  • Weekday Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Weekend Shift: Every other weekend, full-day shifts (includes built-in overtime)
  • Overnight Shift: Five nights per week, 8:30 PM – 7:30 AM, plus every other weekend day shift (7:00 AM – 8:30 PM)

Pay
$22.00 – $22.00/hour
Overnight stipend: $135.20 per night (8-hour base) + additional hours paid

Commonly Asked Questions

Will I go off-site as part of my position?

Yes. At times, staff will go off-site with clients to support community integration and skill development. This may include attending community events, participating in outings, shopping, dining in the community, and supporting clients at vocational training sites to build and strengthen their work-related skills. Staff also teach street safety, community awareness, and how to safely and independently access community resources. 

What additional support do you provide?

In addition to our day program, we provide transportation services to and from the program to ensure consistent access for the individuals we serve. We also operate ICF/DD-H residential homes, offering 24-hour support in a structured, home-like environment for individuals who require a higher level of care.
